are tracts that we’ve sold that the owner may not plan to hunt himself. If you successfully lease any of the tracts
below and want to renew, chances are good the owner may be willing to without
deliberation, provided there has been no evidence of your use, or neighbors
complaints.

Price Guidelines: We've seen these leases go anywhere from $5-50/ac.
Liability and indemnity: Each
landowner has different ideas on how to offer their lease. Oftentimes, the liability creates a minimum
the owner is willing to take to overcome the risk he feels he is taking by
agreeing to a lease. We’ve come across
and provide an indemnity agreement which is incorporated into each lease we
assist with, and additionally some owners require liability coverage, and ask
to be shown as a named insured and see a copy of a declarations page all to be
provided by the lessee, or negotiated as part of the price. Prices are on an annual basis and include
all hunting seasons.
