LOCATION:
This tract is located west of
the town of Forest City, Missouri, one and a half miles north of the Bob Brown State
Wildlife Area, and about 5 miles south of the Squaw Creek National Wildlife
Refuge.
DETAILS:
3 Shooting areas spread across 65 Acres. Centrally located between Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge, and
Bob Brown State Conservation area. The west side has two separate pool
areas. Each has pit blinds with 8 acre
pools. The pool area of the east blind
is approximately 4 acres. Water is piped to all three shooting areas, and each
blind has electricity.
PRICE AND TERMS:
Each hunting area is offered at $6,500 for the fall waterfowl season, and
$5,500 for the spring goose season Pay
in advance for two seasons, and get a 15% discount. Pumping costs are split equally and average $2,000 total each
season. Central parking in the timber
with a short, dry walk to the blinds.

ACCESS:
Access to this tract is from the North Only!! Please don't drive in on the
Federal levee from the South under any circumstances. Adequate rock has been
placed to get in this way, however, in the event that the frost, or excess
traffic shows damage to the levee, the levee district may limit access to Atv's
only, from the north county road. For this reason, please limit one vehicle per
blind under wet conditions. We have to protect our access and tread lightly on
this federal levee.
