IMPROVEMENTS:
There are 3 quarter section electric Zimmatic pivots, and all necessary wells & pumping equipment, as well as pivot bridges to cross the drainage ditches.  These improvements are estimated in value at $250,000.00 (not counting the wells & pump).
Specific details:
West Pivot is a 410 Model, has 10 towers each of which are 126 Ft. long.  Standard 44 ft overhang, so pivot should irrigate 135-140 acres.
Central Pivot does a wind shield type coverage, and has 6 towers, each of which are 179 ft, which are standard overhang (44ft) this is a G2 machine and should cover approximately 64 acres.
Northeastern Pivot is also a G2 machine, it does a full circle, with 179 ft sections (there are 7) with a standard overhang (44 ft).
From looking at the aerials, we can guesstimate there are 14 bridges on the Northeastern pivot and 23 on the two western pivots for a total of thirty seven 20 ft bridges.  Three phase electricity is supplied to the farm, so there are no phase converters to maintain or fail.
Approximately 25,000 bushel of grain storage is also on the farm.
