(Missouri Side of the
River) FOR LEASE Barnes Riverfront
Same Lease &
indemnity (all the same details as above), only the Unlimited riding may
occur in the timber behind the first 150 ft strip of the 60 ft wide
riverfront lots. These are a little
more secluded, & offer a nice protected area behind the Corps Rock Dikes
on most of this area. More shade and
timber cover, and it may be a little closer to a hard surface road.
Again, forward this information to your friends and relatives, as the sooner
this becomes economically feasible, the sooner we can explore the possibility
of getting Electricity down there. We’ll begin numbering the lots from the
South since that’s where the entrance begins, so if you know which lot you
want, email me and I’ll get a lease draft back to you to review. As weather
permits we can meet out there and get the boundaries staked and you can begin
your enjoyment of the Missouri River!
